Everyone was really nice and helpful a special thanks goes to Sam and Irene at the front desk and Joren our tour guide. Joren took videos and pictures for us the whole time. The black lava tour was especially awesome to see you get a great view of the volcano and of lagazpi city and we took the option to zip line down. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”
